              We allow cats and dogs, breed restrictions apply

              2 maximum

              $250 pet deposit and $250 pet fee per pet

• 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable?

              If there are no charges at move-out

• 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

              There is a lease buy out agreement connected to the lease; you must follow the lease
              buy out procedures to break the lease

• 6. What utilities are included in my lease?

              Water is included

• 7. How long is the term of the lease?

              We have 7-15 month lease terms available

• 8. Do you accept leases for short terms?

              7 month minimum

• 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

              All work orders can be reported to the leasing office

• 10. When is my rent payment due?

                Rent is due on or before the 3^rd day of each month

• 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

                The 4th of each month

• 12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

                Yes, we also accept credit card payments (service charge applies)

• 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

               There is a drop box located in the lobby

• 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for awhile; is that permitted by the lease?

                Guest may stay a maximum of 14 consecutive days without having to be added to the lease

• 15. Do you have reserved parking?

                Yes

• 16. I have a motorcycle; where can I park it?

                In your assigned parking space

• 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

                Yes, they must be listed as occupants on the lease

• 18. Can I install my satellite dish in my apartment?

                It must be on a tripod on your balcony

• 19. Do you have cable services?

                Cable is provided by Brighthouse; it is not included

• 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

                Yes
