  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Dogs & Cats. Do you permit exotic pets? No.

    A one- time pet fee is required, based on pet weight.

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? Yes, less any damages or balances.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? Yes, fees and notice requirements apply.

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? Water, sewer and trash.

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? Yes, 7 & 9 month lease terms are available.

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

    By calling the management office or sending an email.

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? Rent is due on the 1st of the month.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? Late charges are assessed on the 4th.

 

  • 12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

    No. Though, you can set-up automatic bill pay with you bank.

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

    There is a rent drop box for after hours payments & payments can also be made on line.

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

    Guests are allowed to stay up to 14 consecutive days with written permission from Management.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? No.

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? In a parking space.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes.

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?

    Yes, but it can only be mounted on a tripod in the balcony. It is not allowed on any
    surfaces of the apartment exterior, or mounted on any apartment building structure.

 

  • 19. Do you have cable services?

    Comcast is our main provider here on property for cable. Though, you may also have
    a satellite if you balcony permits it. Resident's are responsible for their own cost.

 

  • 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes.

 

  • 21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? Yes.

 

  • 22. Where do I register to Vote?
