- 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Cat and Dogs Welcome.
Do you permit exotic pets? No exotic pets are not permitted.
- 2. How many pets may I have? Two pets are allowed.
- 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
Yes, a one time non-refundable pet fee is due at move in. Pet Fee is based on weight - 45lbs and under $300.00, 46lbs or more $500.00. Cats - $100.00 - 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? Yes. Upon vacating the premises for termination of the lease, if the landlord does not intend to impose claim on the security deposit the full deposit will be refunded
- 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? Yes, 60 days written notice is required.
- 6. What utilities are included in my lease? Gas and Air Conditiong.
- 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 to 18 months.
- 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? Yes, 7-11 months.
- 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Email, fax, phone or visit the office.
- 10. When is my rent payment due? The 1st of every month.
- 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? On the 4th or later.
- 12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank? Yes.
- 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? Yes, there is a drop box located at the office.
- 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? No one else may occupy the apartment. Persons not listed on the lease must not stay in the apartment for more the 14 consecutive days with managements written consent.
- 15. Do you have reserved parking? No.
- 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? In any available parking space.
- 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes
- 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? Yes. The satellite dish must be located inside your dwelling; or in an area outside your dwelling such as balcony, patio yard, etc. of which you have exclusive use under your lease. Installation is not permitted on any parking area, roof, exterior wall, window, window sill, fence or common area, or in an area that other residents are allowed to use.
- 19. Do you have cable services? No, however, all apartments are cable ready.
- 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes. It is our pleasure to accept your packages from the postal service, UPS or overnight express services.
- 21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? Yes. Teachers, Town of Davie and Broward County Employees, Law Enforcement and Fireman
