1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
Dogs and cats up to 60lbs; breed restrictions apply and no exotic pets
2. How many pets may I have? Two

Pet fees depending on weight, $15 per month pet rent
4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? Yes, less damages
5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes with a 60 day notice and a termination fee
6. What utilities are included in my lease?
Water, sewer and trash
7. How long is the term of the lease?
7-15 months
8. Do you accept leases for short terms?
7 months is the shortest lease term available
9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Call the leasing office
10. When is my rent payment due? 1st of each month
11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
Late fees assessed on the 4th
12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank? Yes
13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Rent drop box at the leasing office
14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Yes, as long as they are added to your lease
15. Do you have reserved parking? No
16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? Parking lot
17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes
18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
Yes, restrictions apply and office must be notified prior to installation.
19. Do you have cable services?
Cable is available through Brighthouse at the residents' expense.
20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes
21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? Yes
22. Where do I register to Vote?
Voter Registration Office of downtown Orlando, Drivers License offices, public libraries and most post offices.
23. How is your property different from the competition?
a) We are able to work with a wide variety of prospects unlike the tax credit properties in our area.
b) Spacious floor plans, oversized bathrooms and screened in patios/balconies.
c) All major appliances are included in each apartment home.
